Joining our temporary staff bank

Our temporary staff bank supplies cost effective, appropriately skilled staff to cover any temporary shortages within the medical and dental, nursing and midwifery, allied health professions (AHP) and administration and clerical teams.

Staff bank is also often by permanent staff who wish to pick up additional shifts but the range of services covered gives an ideal environment to gain new knowledge and skills. The staff bank is an excellent route for those who want an insight into other areas and specialties, and is often a route into permanent employment.

Our friendly team will take care of any queries, working closely with Recruitment, Workforce and Rostering teams to ensure your experience from joining the Trust to booking your shift and payments is smooth and efficient.

Band 2

Monday – Friday day duty: £11.45 excluding WTD payments and £12.88 including WTD payments.

All time on Saturday (midnight to midnight) + any weekday 8pm to 6am: £16.14 excluding WTD payments and £18.16 including WTD payments.

All time on Sundays and public holidays (midnight to midnight): £20.95 excluding WTD payments and £23.57 including WTD payments.

Band 3

Monday – Friday day duty: £12.44 excluding WTD payments and £14.00 including WTD payments.

All time on Saturday (midnight to midnight) + any weekday 8pm to 6am: £16.79 excluding WTD payments and £18.89 including WTD payments.

All time on Sundays and public holidays (midnight to midnight): £21.02 excluding WTD payments and £23.65including WTD payments.

Band 4

Monday – Friday day duty: £14.11 excluding WTD payments and £15.87 including WTD payments.

All time on Saturday (midnight to midnight) + any weekday 8pm to 6am: £18.34 excluding WTD payments and £20.64 including WTD payments.

All time on Sundays and public holidays (midnight to midnight): £22.58 excluding WTD payments and £25.40 including WTD payments.

Band 5

Monday – Friday day duty: £17.68 excluding WTD payments and £19.89 including WTD payments.

All time on Saturday (midnight to midnight) + any weekday 8pm to 6am: £22.98 excluding WTD payments and £25.86 including WTD payments.

All time on Sundays and public holidays (midnight to midnight): £28.29 excluding WTD payments and £31.82 including WTD payments.

Band 6

Monday – Friday day duty: £21.80 excluding WTD payments and £24.53 including WTD payments.

All time on Saturday (midnight to midnight) + any weekday 8pm to 6am: £28.34 excluding WTD payments and £31.88 including WTD payments.

All time on Sundays and public holidays (midnight to midnight): £34.88 excluding WTD payments and £39.24 including WTD payments.
