MTW is a large acute hospital Trust employing over 6,700 full and part-time staff across two main sites – Maidstone Hospital and Tunbridge Wells Hospital at Pembury. In addition to our two main units at MTW, we also have 10 satellites unit that cover a range of services across the county. The Trust is implementing an innovative clinical strategy with new services and specialist areas of expertise. As well as hosting one of the largest oncology centres in the UK (serving 1.9 million patients), MTW provides a full range of general hospital services and some areas of specialist complex care to around 500,000 people living in Kent and East Sussex.
